OUR PERSONAL CONVICTIONS

Our belief is that the body has an Innate Wisdom to heal itself. If we provide the body with the proper nutrients and eliminate interferences to its natural functions, its capabilities for healing are limitless. Our health is interwoven in a delicate balance with nature. Our bodies require daily sunlight, clean air, clean water, regular exercise, adequate rest and nutritious food as God intended us to live.

Unfortunately, these lofty goals are becoming increasingly difficult. We live in an era where pollution has reached astronomical proportions, poisoning both the environment and our bodies. Economic growth, through commercialism, disregards our environment; As such, we are poisoning our air, water and soil making nutritious food a thing of the past. We are destroying our rain forest and depleting our ozone driving animals into extinction.

Health is a lifestyle. Like all great rewards, it takes a concerted effort to lead a healthy life. Many of us lead sedentary, stressful lives. We eat food that comes from a box, bag or can. Good health doesn't "Just Happen". It occurs by respecting your body enough to take the time to exercise and taking the time to eat fresh, whole foods (preferably organic). As doctors, we feel our role is to educate and motivate our patients (and the community) to take responsibility for their health.

Dr. Coppola and his wife (Dr. Monteiro-Coppola) worship at Eagle's Nest Christian Fellowship.

We support causes to protect environmental issues and endangered species. We can all make a difference to protect the environment and endangered species.
