Dr. Monteiro-Coppola is co-founder of Precision Sport& Spine. She coaches people to achieve their health goals through our Fit-Life program.

Through our 'Lifestyle Education" program, she educates people on environmental and biological toxicities ('Health Destroyers'), healthy eating habits, moderate exercise and nutritional supplementation. She has watched people's lives and health, literally, transform by correcting unhealthy eating and lifestyle habits.
